Did not Attend (DNA) policy

As a small business, a late cancellation or Did Not Attend (DNA) of an appointment has a significant impact on our operations. Beyond the financial loss, it also disrupts the schedule for other patients on our waiting list. Therefore, we kindly ask for a minimum of 5 business hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to minimize these effects. In the event of insufficient notice, a $50 fee will be applied, irrespective of the scan type. Please reach out to us through various contact methods for any appointment adjustments.
